Pets In Need is pleased to offer our clients access to after-hours emergency triage services through our trusted telehealth partner, VetTriage. Licensed veterinarians are available to evaluate your pet’s condition and determine whether urgent medical care is needed. If a trip to an emergency clinic isn't necessary, you’ll receive detailed at-home care instructions to monitor and support your pet. Should immediate attention be required, VetTriage will help guide you to the nearest 24-hour emergency veterinary hospital.

Get Connected in Just 3 Steps

Step 1

Start by filling out the registration form. If you’ve used the service before, simply log in with your email address. Once you click Continue, you’ll be taken to a secure payment portal.

Step 2

In the payment portal, select Purchase Session. You’ll be able to choose from several payment methods, including credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Each session has a flat fee of $50, regardless of how long it lasts.

Step 3

Once your payment is complete, click Request Session to begin a live video consultation with a licensed veterinarian. They’ll evaluate your pet’s condition and, if it’s an emergency, help direct you to the nearest veterinary ER or available on-call vet.
