He came to the shelter with his companion, Mama, after their owner passed away, and now he’s looking for a new family to share his boundless love with. Papa is a friendly and affectionate dog who thrives on routine and structure, and he loves long walks where he can use his amazing nose to explore. While he can get distracted by scents and small animals, he is generally dog-friendly, especially with gentle playmates or puppies.
On walks, Papa may sometimes get excited or reactive when he sees other dogs, which can lead to barking or overly eager interactions, such as pawing or nose bumping.
