Plus, any employer who partners with Pets In Need and reaches a combined total donation of $5,000 or more (including employee contributions and employer-matched gifts) will receive a Yappy Hour for their workplace!
A Yappy Hour is a one-hour event where Pets In Need brings adoptable animals to your workplace or another dog-friendly location. These events offer a chance for team bonding, stress relief, and engagement with our mission. Participants will learn more about Pets In Need’s work—and might even meet their future pet!

How does it work?
If your employer offers a matching gift program, they will match donations you make to eligible nonprofits like Pets In Need. While each company has its own process, the general steps include:
You donate to Pets In Need.
You submit a matching gift request through your employer’s designated process.
Your employer matches your gift, amplifying your contribution to help homeless animals.
Bonus: If your company reaches $5,000 in gifts, you’ll win a Yappy Hour!
Spread the Love: Share this campaign with your colleagues and community to help us connect more pets with loving homes.

Cause Card Program: Employee pledges will be eligible for a Cause Card on a sliding scale based on a percentage of total giving. These Cause Cards are expected to range from $25 - $250. Employees will be notified of the value of the Cause Card and the deadline by which they need to redeem it by making a recommendation for an AT&T Foundation grant to an eligible 501(c)(3) charity of their choice.
