Volunteer Grants

Did you know that your workplace may match your volunteer hours with a donation to Pets In Need? Below is a partial list of companies that will make a monetary donation to our organization if their employees volunteer or foster for us.

+ Adobe

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 1 hour
  • Corporate Donation: $25 per hour, up to $10,000
  • Submission Process: Employees can submit their volunteer grant requests electronically at https://adobe.benevity.org/.

+ Airbnb

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: No minimum
  • Corporate Donation: $20 per hour
  • Submission Process: Employees/donors can submit their volunteer grant requests electronically at https://airbnb.benevity.org/.

+ Apple

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: No minimum
  • Corporate Donation: $25 per hour
  • Submission Process: Apple employees should log their volunteer hours and request volunteer grants through the company's online giving portal which can be accessed by going to https://apple.benevity.org/.

+ Applied Materials, Inc.

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 10 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $10 per hour, up to $400
  • Submission Process: Employees should submit their matching gift requests electronically at https://amat.yourcause.com/. If you have questions or need assistance, please email amat-support@yourcause.com.

+ AT&T

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 100 hours per year
  • Corporate Donation: Depends on hours completed
  • Submission Process: Employees should register their volunteer grant requests electronically at https://att.benevity.org/.

+ The Clorox Company

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 24 hours
  • Corporate Donation: Up to $300
  • Submission Process: Employees should log their hours and register their volunteer commitment award electronically by going to https://cloroxgives.benevity.org/. Alternatively employees can register their volunteer hours through the company intranet by searching for "Volunteer Commitment Award".

+ The David & Lucile Packard Foundation

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 20 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $1,000 per 20 hours, up to $30,000
  • Submission Process: While on the company intranet, employees should submit their requests electronically at https://packard.benevity.org/.

+ Gap and subsidiaries (Banana Republic & Old Navy)

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 15 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $150 for every 15 hours
  • Submission Process: Employees should register their volunteer grant requests at https://gap.yourcause.com/.

+ Genentech

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 5 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $10 per hour up to $300
  • Submission Process: Employees should log their hours and complete their volunteer grant requests electronically through the company intranet by searching for "Volunteer matching." Employees can also visit https://genentech.benevity.org/.

+ Gilead Sciences

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 1 hour
  • Corporate Donation: Up to $500
  • Submission Process: Employees can log their hours and submit volunteer grant requests electronically at https://gilead.benevity.org/.

+ Google

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 1 hour
  • Corporate Donation: $10 per hour
  • Submission Process: Employees should search the company intranet for volunteer grants while connected to the company intranet to locate the most up to date electronic submission link. Alternatively, Employees should submit their requests electronically at https://google.benevity.org/.

+ HP, Inc.

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 10 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $50 every quarter an employee volunteers for 10 hours
  • Submission Process: Employees should log their hours through HP's internal volunteer system which can be accessed through the company intranet. Then each quarter HP employees who logged 10 hours of volunteering will received personalized emails with their Good Card codes. The Good Card codes can then be redeemed by the employee for a charitable donation to any nonprofit.

+ Intel Corporation

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 20 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $10 per hour
  • Submission Process: Employees should submit their volunteer grant requests electronically at https://intel.benevity.org/.

+ Microsoft

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: No minimum
  • Corporate Donation: $25 per hour
  • Submission Process: Employees can log their hours and submit volunteer grant requests electronically at https://microsoft.benevity.org/.

+ Morgan Stanley

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 25 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $500-$2,000
  • Submission Process: Employees should search the company intranet for "Volunteer Grant" or "VIP Funding" to locate the most up-to-date submission link.

+ PayPal

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 10 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $100 per every 10 hours
  • Submission Process: Employees should log their hours and request the volunteer grant electronically at https://paypalgives.benevity.org/.

+ Roche Diagnostics

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 1 hour
  • Corporate Donation: $10 per hour
  • Submission Process: Employees should register their volunteer grant requests electronically at https://roche.benevity.org/.

+ Salesforce

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 56 hours
  • Corporate Donation: $500 per fiscal year
  • Submission Process: While connected to the company intranet, current employees can log in to Volunteerforce via the Aloha homepage for the full Employee-Inspired Giving policy and to request volunteer grants. Alternatively, employees may be able to submit their requests electronically at https://powerofus.force.com/vfx/s/. If you have questions or need assistance, email matching@salesforce.com.

+ Sephora

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: 1 hour
  • Corporate Donation: $10 per hour until annual goal is met
  • Submission Process: Employees should submit their volunteer grant request electronically at https://sephora.benevity.org/.

+ Wells Fargo

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: No minimum
  • Corporate Donation: 1st time recording hours: $50; 16 hours recorded: $100; 50 hours recorded: $150; every additional 50 hours: $150
  • Submission Process: In order to get their donations matched or Community Care Grants processed, employees/volunteers should log their volunteer hours at https://wellsfargo.yourcause.com/. To access the site, employees should be logged into the company intranet using their Single-Sign-On credentials or enter their username and password.

+ Visa, Inc.

  • Minimum Number of Volunteer Hours: Varies
  • Corporate Donation: $5,000 to the charitable organization that received the most hours from that employee.
  • Submission Process: Employees should register their volunteer grant requests electronically at https://visa.benevity.org.
